“I want to thank Mobile Fit and Wellness for having a contest that focused on losing bodyfat and being healthy. Being healthy is not always about a persons weight on the scale.” “...I started eating 6-7 times/day taking in 30 grams of protein in each meal. I also only consumed complex carbohydrates before 3pm. I ate only green vegetables and lean protein sources in the late afternoon and evening. I drank 1-1.5 gallons of water/day. My workouts consisted of 4 weight training sessions/week and 7 hours of cardio/week. I was even at the gym on Friday night and the 4th of July.”
